Superstar of Nail Art Natalie Minerva is originally from Dana Point, which is a community in Orange County, California. She has spent the last seven years living in sunny Los Angeles. Natalie first saw Japanese nail art on a DJ named Roxy Cottontail in 2009 while on vacation in New York City. “I thought her nail art of ice cream cones was so adorable that I HAD to have some for myself,” exclaims Natalie. After being addicted, she developed an obsession with nail polish and started collecting various styles for amusement. She soon discovered that she was spending hours every day doing nail art. After spending a motivating weekend at Coachella, she contacted her father and announced her decision to drop out of college and enrol in beauty school. In 2012, Nail Swag was born shortly afterward.
Natalie, who is now 26 years old, takes appointments at her own nail salon in Silverlake, which is decorated with a Chiquita banana theme. She has created both red carpet outfits and music video designs for a variety of celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Ariana Grande, and Ciara. Iridescence and metallics are two trends that Natalie is now smitten with. Her most recent inspirations are textile designs from the 1960s and 1970s. “I’m just thankful to have a job that allows me to create things every day, and I have big plans for the future,” she remarked.

“I refer to this as a’sampler platter.’” A client can get a little bit of everything, which is wonderful about it. Because of its loudness, this kind of manicure is not for everyone, but serious enthusiasts of nail art adore it.
Occasionally, a manicure with a theme is revitalising. These nails have a Clueless/90s motif. Nails in black and white are also always stylish.
When it comes to prints, I enjoy perusing fabrics from earlier eras, especially the 1920s, 1960s, and 1970s. I then attempt to modernise it, as seen in this manicure that is vibrant and monochrome.
“I prefer to emulate particular textures, like wood grain or opal, because nature is my greatest source of inspiration. This is how I would describe a Lightning Ridge opal.
